Can't fault Joe - he's not like a normal plumber.....normally plumbers don't answer texts or phone calls and let you down over and over again. Almost all of my past experiences with professional plumbers over the years had left me totally underwhelmed. Joe is the exception - he provided us with a timely quote for a new boiler and arrived on time to fit it. He said the job would take a day and it did. He was tidy, friendly and fully prepared, he only had to nip out once first thing to pick up the new boiler he'd pre-ordered and when he got back after half an hour he just cracked on. Job done by

Boiler servicing is first rate.Joe enjoys his work & is only satisfied to give a thoroughly professional job. We have used him for several years because of the quality of his work. He is highly efficient and always works confidently and leaves things in good order. He communicates technical issues very well so that his customers are kept fully informed at all times.
