We went into Rugmart having seen hundreds of rugs online and couldn't find one anywhere. Then we searched for a rug shop in Guildford, where we live, and to our surprise, discovered Rugmart! If only we'd found them earlier. We left after 20 minutes with a rug! Romin was brilliant! Our words as we left were: 'All that time spent searching online!'

Romin was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He took time to ensure that the right kind of rug was suitable for our lounge and delivered it personally. What proved the most useful was providing photos of the lounge so that he could advise as to the size and colours to match existing furniture. Overall we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Rugmart.

I couldn't believe that they had over 10,000 rugs in stock, but after visiting I would say that was a low estimate! The place has 3 floors, filled with rolls and piles of rugs everywhere you look. It's absolutely full but very well organised.
If you have a good idea of what you are looking for, just describe it and they will take you round showing you everything similar. They knew all the sizes they came in, and whether they had anything out back if it wasn't on display.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a rug!

Make this your 1st point of call when you are looking for a rug.
So many to choose from and yes you will find more than one you will like.
We were after a very modern rug and we did find more than one.
The staff keep their distance but are there as soon as you need any help or advise.
I will return to Rugmart as soon as the wood floor has been fitted.
Its good to go to the Shop so you can feel the quality and see it laid out but it is just as easy to order online.
Dont forget the anti slip underlay it seems a bit expensive but you wont be disappointed, it works.

Can not recommend Romin and his staff enough after a visit from Canterbury Kent to Guildford in hope to finding the perfect rug for our apartment.
From start to finish Romin was professional non pushy and sincere with his experience and advice on the rug we ended up purchasing.
Would not hesitate to use Rugmart again - you are in excellent hands throughout!

We have purchased several rugs from Rugmart over the years and we have always felt well looked after and getting a good value for money product.
Roman whom owns and is managing the Guildford store was professional, helpful and absolutely not trying to push any of his products. His knowledge and advise is fantastic - I would recommend Rugmart to a friend for sure !

I was looking for rug for a long time and could fined the one I wanted. One day my friend told me she founded rug treasure “Rugmart shop”, and she was up to the moon for the range of selections they have there. Excellent quality rugs, fantastic value for money and great customer service. Our new rug has completed our living room and made it feel very cosy. We've had lots of compliments on what a beautiful rug it is. I highly recommend shopping at Rugmart in Guildford.

Found Rugmart online after trawling through hundreds of companies and google searches. Went to the shop in Guildford and were absolutely amazed by the huge quantity and different designs and sizes they had in stock. Expected to take forever to find what we wanted but with the incredible help and patience of the assistant (sorry didn’t get his… name), we found exactly what we needed within 30 minutes. We ended up with two rugs which were absolutely perfect and incredibly good quality at good prices. Would highly recommend Rugmart and it’s staff and tell everyone to give up on

An amazing selection of rugs in every colour, fabric and style. We arrived knowing that we wanted a red 'traditional' rug and also new what our budget was. The service we received was marvellous, nothing was too much trouble. We came away very pleased with our purchase and it looks wonderful in our home. I would strongly recommend a visit to anyone considering purchasing a rug.
