I was recommended this place and I did not disappoint. John truly is the best. He single handedly installed an motorcycle alarm and used an instructor manual which was in Russian. He was competent, quick, he did the job really well. Hid all alarm parts, used similar isolating tape as original. Really neat job. Would definitely recommend him! He truly is the master of electronics. He took a job which many would not dare to take. I am really happy. Thank you!!!

John was great. Had a digital speedo and boot lock problem with a Citroën. Diagnosed immediately, WhatsApp images sent to me on my phone to show the problem and fixed same day. Top service, would recommend. Also their workshop was impeccable too, i think that shows their level of professionalism. Thank you John and team.

I called Telcam to update my home alarm system, they took out my hard wired alarm system and replaced it with a wireless system. Then every time they come out to replace the batteries, I was be left with an unreasonable invoice to pay. I have now replaced their system with another hard wired system.

A reversing camera was ordered and fitted; but proved unsuitable, because I needed a camera which would assist me manoeuvering into parking spaces. The original camera would allow me to avoid touching the vehicle behind me. John went to enormous lengths to provide me with a camera with gyroscope, which would allow me to see the track of my reversing car. This is precisely what I need; and at no additional charge. Telecom is much to be recommended to all.

John’s care and concern to get to bottom of the problem we were having with our car was beyond amazing. I went to him with an electrical problem ,which became a mechanical problem ,(outside the advertised are of telcams expertise). He sourced a mechanic and made sure everything was correct.....as well as doing an excellent electrical job too. Thanks John.

John at Tel Cam had fitted a previous Security system on my Porsche 944 Turbo nearly 20 years ago for a previous owner. It was time for an upgrade and he was able to provide very insightful advice on my options for consideration. On the day of fitment, he removed the old system, installed the new and the car was available for pick-up and a thorough run-through of functionality before COB - despite a late drop off.
I'm very happy with the system, the installation but more importantly felt confidant that I was receiving a great deal of insightful knowledge & experience in the deal. Couldn't recommend

I would just like to highly recommend Tel cam! I have just had an upgrade on my alarm system and got CCTV installed also. The team that came from them could not have been any more efficient, professional or as polite as they were! Was astounded by the CCTV – HDMI quality. It also has a monthly data storage before overriding! I really want to say a big thank you to them – they have also made me so happy, that I now feel my home is secure and feel so much better because of them and their wonderful advice, I am definitely one happy bunny!
