Services
Watsons Building Services service & maintenance division offers the complete package of planned and preventative maintenance to a wide range of organisations and sectors. This includes looking after the ongoing care of plant and equipment covering all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water and electrical systems.
Watsons Building Services were awarded the contract to design and install the mechanical services installations at a new warehouse and training centre development in Harrogate. The building consists of warehousing space for storage and packaging along with three storeys of offices and training facilities.
Watsons Building Services Ltd carried out the 'fit out' contract associated with a new mezzanine installation which included amongst other services, evaporative cooling installations on the top floor mezzanine level. Roof mounted Evaporative cooling units were installed along with a number of roof extract fans.
Watsons Building Services Ltd were appointed to carry out the design and installation of the steam and gas pipework services. A new purpose built plantroom was constructed to house the new boiler plant away from the main building to create a modern standalone generator plant, hot well and blowdown system controlled via a unique bespoke control panel delivering high efficiency and reliability.
Watsons Building Services were appointed to design and install the mechanical & electrical services installations at a new two storey medical centre and shell shop pharmacy in Baildon, West Yorkshire. The mechanical services included under floor heating on two floors generated from two gas fired combined heating and power boilers.
