We are an established family firm with a renowned reputation for developing high quality homes constructed from natural materials. We specialise in housing developments from single homes to 60 homes, however, we have developed numerous conversions and undertaken some of these as contracting work. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and our reputation for this significantly aids us in the selling of our homes.
Developments in the recent past include Laurel Croft in the lovely village of Embsay, St Johns Croft an exclusive development in Cononley, Moor Lane in the sought after village of Addingham and many more throughout Silsden, Grassington and the local area. Laurel Croft a development of 9 new homes built from natural stone and to a high specification and standard.
We have undertaken numerous conversion projects over the years, the majority being barn conversions and farmhouse refurbishments. As you can see from the images we take pride in sympathetically restoring homes and using reclaimed materials to recreate the traditional look. New materials such as oak trusses, hand made oak measure doors, stone fireplace and fumed oak flooring can also be used to give the traditonal look and feel of a home.
