Charnley Sash Windows was founded some 13 years ago by Chris and Tony Charnley, two brothers who were always practically minded, following in the footsteps of their father. Tony decided to pass his half of the company to Chris to pursue other ventures. Chris now runs the day to day operations at Charnley Sash Windows with the help of his dedicated and skilful team.
Charnley sash windows have been repair, restoration & conservation specialists since 2007. Our mission is to provide the highest quality repair, draught proofing & decoration service available. We strive to give the finest finish, security & function standard whilst ensuring 'best quality practise' throughout the restoration / conservation process.
Draught proofing your sash windows, casement windows and traditional doors comes with significant benefits. We use a number of discreet techniques to achieve a good fit and incorporate a weatherpile seal to all possible areas. Our 10-point draught proofing system ensures that your sash windows are sealed when shut.
Charnley Services can supply and fit bespoke joinery made to extremely high standards. We have experience in recreating exact copies of windows, doors, skirting, and architraves. In many cases these have been found to be beyond economical repair, or may even have been removed from a building altogether.

Charnley Sash Window Restoration, what a great team, headed up by Chris and a professional group of guys.
We couldn’t recommend these guy’s enough, from the first day of meeting the team it was instantly clear they took pride in their work. Everywhere was dust-sheet covered, each window/room prepared for work, each person focused on doing their own specialist task.
It was with some hesitation, they even allowed for their work to be watched, explained, as it did seem an art in watching Old Sash Windows come back to full life.
So, supply them with sufficient Tea, Water and bathroom facilities
