WARNING!!!!!!
This company have refused to repair my bifold doors claiming I had abused the doors, it was windy or bad use!
The company have been called out on 3 occasions on none of those times did they fix the problem!
The owner was extremely rude and got quite abusive! He then claimed I did not buy the doors from him! Yes I did hang up on him at one point as I was getting nowhere with his attitude.
The engineer arrived at my door with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth on one occasion, very professional!
Problem still not rectified his only response was for me to pay £500 for new hinges

Had a conservatory and porch with new doors, conservatory carpets, plastic wall covered in black mould and very damp, smells, have to clean every couple of months. Plastic sheets with roof fill with water. Black mould on sealant and walls. Porch leaks when it rains and is mouldy. After care very poor. Say they are coming out to see and sort. But still waiting.

They come and go when it Suits them to do Some work there RUDE Than l DONT hear from best buy in a few weeks They NEVER inform me when there coming back to Continue work on my Conservatory l ordered from them.it took best buy 14 months to build a small Conservatory Disgraceful in my Opinion one of the WORST DOUBLE GLAZING FIRMS IN NORTHAMPTON CERTAINLY

Bestbuy Home Improvements dismantled an old conservatory and built a new larger 3mx10m family room / washroom. A great company to deal with, competitive prices / no pushy salesman / quality work! They quickly quoted me with a detailed quote through the post within 2-3 days of the site visit complete with computerised visuals of the end result.
The work was professional and a well skilled team operated throughout the project (The brickwork for example has been commented on how good it is by friends who have looked at it) The whole project did take longer than I expected, but maybe this was me wanting

Brilliant company from start to finish. I had a front and back door installed by this company 10 years ago, and the doors are still going strong and looking good. But I still got 3 companies to give me a quote. Best buy was the most competitive quote, no pressure, friendly , helpful staff. In less than a month from the original quote, I had 9 windows installed. thank you very much to everyone at best buys.

Bestbuy had replaced the windows in my previous house, so after I moved, I had them replace the doors and windows in my bungalow. I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship again, so when I decided to replace my conservatory, which was 15years old and had seen better days, with a proper extension with a 'Guardian Warm Roof', which will become my lounge / diner, Bestbuy was my first port of call.
