Very poor after sale service, needing a rail replacement so was booked in for a Friday but couldn't give us a specific time so had my mother sit in all day until we got home from work.got to 3pm and still no service so while the wife was at work she tried to make some sort of contact with the person who was going to replace the rail wow a message by saying he's running late will be there teatime.teatime came and went so the wife messaged bk asking if he was still coming in which the reply was he couldn't make it now can he pop in the morning (not ideal) but yes that was fine can you give us a time

Had my entire house done with this company and as you can imagine spent a decent amount of money.
Ordering was OK. The fitting was OK, had items missing and damaged that required a re order. The blinds themselves are not perfectly sized or fitted.
The main issue was the office & after care. If I called 100 times and left messages I was not called back. The only time I got a call back was when I wrote something similar to this on their Facebook page (which was deleted within minutes of posting).
In total I was waiting close to 3 months with zero communication from the office.

Absolutely amazing company very professional and friendly on initial enquiry. Came and gave us a no obligation quote to have perfect fit blinds in our bar, we asked which they would recommend for what we needed and why and we went with their recommendation and we are not disappointed with the result. The blinds look amazing ☺️.
From quote to fit was 5 weeks as they was a high demand for what we wanted but we was kept updated.
Staff were all brilliant and we would highly recommend.

Had a full house kitted out with blinds from these guys and spent a small fortune, where to begin the level of service received was dreadful, when they came to install the blinds the installer didn't seem to want to be here and rushed that much that he broke one of the electric blinds which he made a right clatter in doing so, then when coming back for the second time to fit the new blind couldn't program the electric blinds and gave up again storming about like he couldn't be bothered, I'm still waiting for a call about this as I am certainly not ringing you for your fitters inpatients. Absolutely
