Good and Bad. Free quotation, competitive prices, and the customer service is hit and miss. What I ordered was not what was fitted.
I ordered my blinds with tapes I received strings. I was told that nothing could be done, and it was my mistake as I ordered strings (bad customer service, I would not order something I really don't like especially if it was costing me £400) I don't have money to waste and I can only advise this was an admin error; so when making your order please double check.
A member of the team called to say they can try to rectify it and fit tape themselves; and I'm sure they
