Norwich Sunblinds has over 40 years' experience in making, measuring and fitting blinds of all kinds (and curtains too, of course), including conservatory blinds and commercial blinds. Blinds and shutters are manufactured in-house to a high standard by fully trained craftspeople.

History Report

Norwich Sunblinds was formed in 1978 by John Reddington, who worked from home before opening the present shop in St Benedict's Street Norwich soon after. It was a family business from the very beginning but when John's wife, Pauline, fell pregnant, his daughter, Fiona, (who was then 20) joined the company and has been there ever since, becoming a director of the company.

Had some blinds fitted a few years back and found out the fittings were installed incorrectly so it was nearly impossible for me to get the blinds down. Asked for help with getting the blinds down, but were asked to pay a surcharge despite it being an installation error. For the amount of money we paid, it was truly abysmal service.

As one of the final items following changes within our property we found Norwich Sunblinds very professional in there dealings with new customers, nothing was to much to ask and we have had installed new blinds with a 5 year quarantee. Give them a look!

Confusing and poorly laid out quotation from a well know local brand name. Friendly survey staff but sample books could do with a size update! The material isn’t cheap and it’s very difficult to select when the sample sizes are like postage stamps. Time to think about the customer experience first…

I had been intending to have blinds fitted to my conservatory for over a year, I looked into doing it myself but after research realised I needed to get it done properly. I called a few companies but found them to be the most helpful and knowledgeable. I managed to get a cancellation and the chap that came out was excellent, no sales chat, just measured, gave me options for colour etc then a price.
I paid the deposit that afternoon and was given a fitting date for 3 weeks time.
The fitter turned up today, fast clean and professional. The blinds look amazing, my conservatory looks so smart.

I needed a large black out blind and chose this company. Helpful and fast from start to finish. Blind was ready quickly and they fitted it for me. One thing I'm pleased with, (may sound minor) is the blind has never rolled up/down wonky, as many shop bought and self fitted ones do. I've recommended Norwich Sunblinds to others and would use them again.
