I had all my carpets laid by this company and all was finr until afee works later when the hallway carpet started to come up in several places. Fair enough it's a new carpet so the fitter came to put it right. All the other carpets in the house are fine. The reason for the one star review is that the fitter has been out a total of 6 times to "put it right". Thr carpet is clearly faulty, it's never been right since it was laid, but rather then accept responsibility they keep telling me there must be a cause, "there must be damp" I can assure you there is not as they have checked every time they

We recently had a very challenging renovation project, which involved working in a very tight timeframe, and for a Charity.
