Really outstanding service,. everytime, I've been in, around 18+ years now,!!! genuinely made to feel welcome, no pressure to buy, extremely helpfull when advice required by myself and other family members.
The five star service received applies to the flooring engineers as well, very pleased with all aspects of this business.
Very competitive prices on everything I can see.
The quality is very good too.
Highly recommended.

With so many carpet retailers within easy reach on the various retail parks and the like, why would anyone want to go in to Hinckley to visit North Wilshire Carpets? The answer is simple - Quality products and outstanding service. They have an amazing range of carpets - with prices to suit everyone. You want rugs? I genuinely don't think you'll find a bigger selection anywhere. Go upstairs and you'll see what I mean. And then there's the staff. All friendly and efficient, but the one that really stands out is Maggie. Straight talking, but extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable.
