I left school to join the Royal Navy at the age of 17 and spent 13 years travelling and visiting the world as a Seaman Specialist. After that, I decided it was time for a career change, and put myself through an apprenticeship. I gained an NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing, Heating and Gas, meeting my fellow Warm for Life Director, Mark, whilst at college.

Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake did a brilliant job replacing my old central heating system with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler as well as installing 2 additional radiators and several thermostatic radiator valves.
I have been very impressed throughout, from the initial discussion with Russ and Mark concerning the selection of a suitable boiler system through to quotation, then removal of the old system and then boiler installation. All aspects of the work were done to a very high standard and in an efficient effective manner allowing all to be completed with a day.

Warm for life visited in person, looked at everything and then gave a proper quote which was good value, and they were able to do the work within a week which was excellent when we face a broken boiler and a cold house. They communicated well throughout and came as promised and completed the work to our satisfaction and followed up as needed. Totally stress free experience and felt supported throughout. Once contacted, Warm for Life arrived slightly early than expected which is always appreciated. They quickly assessed and fixed the thermostats radiator value pins and promptly returned to replace a broken thermostat radiator value.

Russ, Mark & Team arrived on time, were extremely professional, helpful and got the boiler changed for a new Worcester Bosch 36-CDi with Smart control, old tanks & excess pipework removed in no time at all. Floor & carpet covers used throughout, protection for our and neighbours car from the dust, tidiest tradesmen we've used over the years. Can highly recommend them.

This was a faultless experience, which is remarkable considering the ask. Russell listened and offered exactly the advice I needed and designed two different solutions, each of which coming with clear pros and cons allowing me an informed decision.
