I arranged a date and time to meet Martin to obtain a quote for some domestic work. I rearranged my work schedule to be available. Martin did not arrive. When I called him he told me that he had forgotten about our appointment. I have subsequent texted him to arrange another date but have received no response. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Did a big job ripping out our decades-old system and replacing with a combi-boiler. Lots of under-floor pipework required. Extremely neat plumbing job, and friendly pair of chaps doing the work.

Just bought my first house and as a young women was dreading calling out tradesmen with the fear they’d try rip me off... but I was pleasantly surprised when Martin came and gave me a honest genuine quote, throughout the whole process Martin looked after me even when I was changing my mind and adding extra things daily! We recently had a radiator moved for us by East Midlands Plumbing & Heating (who we found through the Which? Trusted Traders scheme).
We were really impressed with the service: Martin came round to give us a quote promptly and was able to undertake the work quickly.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work. Not only do we now have a radiator in a better position, but our system was given a bit of tune up and now works significantly better! Our house is now a lot warmer and we no longer sit shivering in the dining room :)
