This company is disgusting… first they will send you the young ones who have no clue… then as the young ones have no clue they send the older more experienced guy… obviously this is then more call outs so more money being charged… but… when they say they will send a more experienced guy.. he doesn’t turn up… so you end up waiting around all day… during school holidays with 2 kids cooped up indoors for nothing!!! Would definitely not recommend if you want a fair price and work completed

Had a general safety certificate not accurate with faulty circuits claimed to be, not found by second separate survey, and age of wiring, wiring was 25 yrs estimated out of actual rewired date,
Mr trott explanation it was a typo error. Wanted nearly £400 for that. He did not take payment.
Had all the work done earth tails and safety certificate for £100 elsewhere.
