Services
The Directors are Richard Nevines BSc MRICS, Andrew Archibald BSc (Hons) MRICS and Andrew Hancock BSc (Hons) MRICS. The existing business and client base has been developed for over 30 years. Richard Nevines advises property occupiers, landlords, financial institutions and their professional teams on property valuations and appraisals for loan security; corporate finance; litigation; company; partnership and recovery purposes.
Our combination of specialist asset and property management skills and extensive experience enables us to effectively and efficiently manage our client's properties. We go to great lengths to establish and understand client's strategy and objectives for a property or portfolio. Through the implementation of high-quality management services tailored to the specific needs of investors, landlords and occupiers we pursue these objectives.
Keygrove value properties within a wide range of sectors including retail/shop, office, industrial, motor trade and residential development. The methodology and report presentation is highly governed and varies between sectors and the purpose of the valuation. Keygrove are a Regulated Firm of Chartered Surveyors and our valuations can only be undertaken by our Regulated Valuers at Director level.

My mother was a tenant of a property managed by Keygrove Letting Agents for over twenty years. My mother was superbly treated and looked after throughout this time. Pam Clements, my mother's key contact at Keygrove, was always supportive and encouraged my mother to take on improvements to the property that the Landlord wanted to do for my mother's well being. The Landlord was very supportive too and I am grateful to both Keygrove and the Landlord for many years of considerate and professional support.

A genuine review for a genuine business.
When we decided to value & market our commercial property, we chose to work closely with Keygrove, primarily due to my long professional relationship with Andrew Archibald, going back over 25 years. I have no idea whether Keygrove, who are lucky to have two consummate professionals Andrew and Lauren Udall working hard on their behalf, are the cheapest surveyor around. All I know is that they valued our property at around £500k above another commercial property agent and more importantly, despite covid 19, managed to complete the sale at above the asking
