Our Industrial Department are informed, efficient and effective with nearly 30 years experience in Development and Agency. For 18 years AWS has provided a comprehensive retail property advisory service both on and off the High Street. AWS from inception have regarded the Investment Agency function as an integral part of being able to provide clients with a complete property service.
The Property Management department of AWS is currently retained by over 60 clients across all sectors. Valuations are undertaken for a number of reasons and here at AWS we have two registered valuers who undertake Valuations on behalf a range of clients from individuals to Pension funds.

We are an experienced and proactive team of property professionals providing a comprehensive service in relation to all aspects of office, industrial, retail and leisure properties. We provide a personal service at Director level to all our clients. Our commitment is to work to maximise the returns from their assets by providing an informed, efficient and effective service.
Nick was one of the founding members of AWS Ltd at its inception in 1992 prior to which he was Head of Agency and Development at Houlstons starting work there in 1981. He has advised on a number of significant industrial and office projects in and around the Greater Leeds and West Yorkshire region for the best part of 30 years.
Kevin is one of the founding Directors of AWS ltd and has run the Investment Department since the firm started in 1992. Prior to AWS Kevin ran the Investment Department for a multi office but predominantly Yorkshire based firm. He has now over 20 years experience in Investment Agency with a diverse client base that has resulted in transactional work on a national and regional basis.
Robert joined AWS in 2012 having achieved a BSc Hons in Property Development. He works in the Property Management & Professional Services Department managing the day to day running of a varied client property portfolio across the North of England and also providing professional advice to clients on rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations.
Chris works in Property Management & Professional Services Department and is involved in the day to day management of a varied client property portfolio providing advice on leasing and letting and management issues. During his free time Chris enjoys the outdoors; he is an avid fly fisherman, climber and skier.
