Simply wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Friendly staff who know there stuff and were able to advise us and help narrow down our choices based on what we told them we were looking for. Customer service is fantastic and they're able to hold your carpet as long as you need them too. This is our second time buying from them and definitely won't be our last!

The boys who fitted it were also amazing and did a very professional and tidy job.

How could they improve? 🤔 😡
By accepting returns of products when the wrong one is provided!
By not taking £500 of my money for something I did not order and can not use!
By not making me go through the disputes department of my credit card company which takes a month!
I will also be contacting trading standards and opening a dispute with the consumer ombudsman! I have pictures of both the laminate we were shown and the one provided which are completely different as well as the fact that my receipt saying barn oak and the packs provided say old oak!

I came into this shop and I met one of your co - workers who had approached me and was very helpful when i was looking around, his name was Alan and id like to thank him personally for being a respectful and useful worker, he is great too have on your team and we had a good laugh hes got a lovely personality...
