Raymond and his team fitted a large area of carpet in the hall, dining room, landing and two flights of stairs in an older house. Raymond's long experience in the industry was clear in terms of advice on choice, estimating the total cost during the first visit, the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new one. The fitters did a great job and left everything very tidy. Raymond's courtesy and customer care were outstanding, keeping me in touch every step of the way. I can't recommend Loop highly enough.

A faultless service from Loop carpets. Raymond came over to my flat to measure the space and his advice really helped me in selecting the most suitable carpet. One week later and the job is complete and the bedroom looks magnificent. The guys even moved the furniture and disposed of the old carpet. A profesional and personalised customer experience from a local company - couldn't ask for more.

The customer service from this company is outstanding! Raymond came out to measure up, and brought samples with him, at short notice. Booked me in for fitting the following week, and arrived when he said he would. Very professional from start to finish, though I did enjoy listening to the banter from Raymond and his fitter Tony. They even 'combed' the loose bits that were left on top of my carpets before leaving! A nice wee touch, that I have never experienced from any of the 'big' companies. And all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.
