The bedroom window supplied by Hugo Carter works even better than I had expected in cutting out noise from a neighbouring property whilst fitting neatly into the original window opening. Initially their office seemed disorganised in dealing with my queries (possibly due to the covid lockdowns at that time) but the actual installation of the window was done very efficiently and with considerable care taken to protect carpets and furniture in the room. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for quieter living!

We had two Hugo Carter soundproofing sash windows fitted at the front of the house back in 2017. We were so pleased with them that we've now had another four fitted at the rear of the house. The old windows were very cold and tended to jam; the new ones are a pleasure to open and close. The team who installed the windows were efficient and friendly, and Tom who oversaw both installations is a pleasure to deal with.

The windows installed by Hugo Carter are terrific. They look really good due to the care with which they were installed and function very well. I had been suffering from intrusive noise from a nearby High Street and the windows have blocked out virtually all the noise. Thanks to Tom and his team for a very professional and painless installation. Recommended.

Fantastic experience and great product. A little light on communication and contact up until installation but incredible service and quality. The team were fast and efficient, left the room spotless and managed to refit our old architrave, even repairing parts of it. Would definitely use them again for other windows in the house

Quite honestly I can say this was the best experience with builders / installation ever. Very efficient staff who always turned up on time, worked cleanly and quickly to an impeccably high standard and delivered a product that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Having paid a considerable amount for these silent windows, I’d say they are worth EVERY penny! A great company supplying an excellent product. Highly recommend them.

After much research and due diligence, I eventually decided to invest a material amount in some sound-proofing doors from Hugo Carter to see if they would assist with the noise pollution in my loft room from the trainline behind the house.
