Nightmare, has cost us £1000s due to a mistake on their part as they delivered the wrong colour. Now we have further delays and are having to settle for something we didn’t order. No compensation, no help, just crushing disappointment and escalating cost.

I am happy with the product that was ordered and fitted. The fitter (Julian) was brilliant and did a clean and neat job. There were some hiccups, issues regarding materials but I understand that's an industry issue, not specific to Everglade. Vince was very good on the customer service front. I would recommend Everglade as the new windows have made a big difference in heating and removed outside noise. Thank you to the entire Everglade team.

I rarely bother to review companies but I’m making an exception with Everglade Windows. I have renovated many houses and it’s rare to deal with such an excellent professional company. I had a problem with one set of Heritage doors not fitting properly, it turns out the fitters I used hadn’t installed them correctly, not only did Everglade arrange for people to come around to help, but they rectified the original installer’s mistake. The guys they sent round were brilliant, they said the doors were a couple of millimetres out but nothing bad, they managed to fix them by putting in a couple

If you are looking for a job for minimum wages thats the perfect opportunity for you. They will pay you 9pounds/h and want to do everything including coming on Saturday or bank holidays. But if you dont want to work overtime they will have a hump because they think they have bought you for how many hours they want.
All this company is based on cheap labour and imigrants willing to work for lowest rates, so it makes me laugh when they tell you about such a exciting job. Avoid at all costs.

Everglade has a very large showroom which was very useful for us. Their staff are very knowledgeable and they have a good selection of quality products.
