Thanks Bash for helping me out with my plumbing needs. You were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The change of taps and leaky shower may be routine for the professional but I was at a loss and in need of help. You sorted everything quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very high quality work .They undertook a difficult change from an old floor boiler to a wall mounted one in a completely different position. They arrived promptly and didn’t stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction including a complete clean up. They were all very cheerful and communicated with me at each stage of the job. I phoned the company and spoke directly with Bash. He asked me to send him the video of the issue via WhatsApp so he can give me a quote. He phoned me back within the hour with some simple advice. I was stunned to learn it was as simple a fix as he could tell from the video I sent him. Other cowboys in Reading had quoted me £120 upwards previously. This guys honesty is out of this world. I did exactly what he told me to do (free of charge) and it worked. His number goes into my phone book without a doubt. Many thanks for you professional & prompt help. 👍👍👍

As usual Bash was very helpful. He attended my house when my boiler broke down and was able to return to fit a new boiler and water tank only 3 days later. Fantastic thorough job that took much longer than he anticipated because my water tanks was so old. But they did not complain and stayed till the job was finished. Would always recommend to anyone else.

Cannot thank Bash enough. We have little children, therefore we needed the plumbing sorted as soon as.
He Fitted in the new boiler with radiators literally same day, waited for an almost after installing the boiler and radiators, just to make sure that the system was working fine.
