Now is the time to book your Boiler Service. All domestic gas boilers require an annual service and safety inspection carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Regular servicing of your boiler is very important as it ensures the boiler is working safely and to the specifications designed by the boiler manufacturer.
Our charges are 100 per cent transparent. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge. Normal hours are Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm, out of hours there may be an additional charge and also subject to engineer availability. All prices are inclusive. ALL Breakdowns are charged per hour (depending on appointment Day / Time and Geographical area).
From 1996 It has been a legal requirement for landlords to hold a CP12 Certificate for homes supplied with gas & to ensure the gas appliances are maintained to the manufacturers requirements. The annual gas safety inspection ensures the gas appliances and flues in the landlord's rental property are operating safely and up to current standards.

I have seen Terry's apprentice, Dan, grow in confidence both in terms of his learning and his interaction with customers. These guys are the best gas boiler firm I've dealt with in years. I found them after having real problems and being advised too replace my boiler. Terry got it going safely and reliably after others failed. Helpful, reliable, they keep costs down, are responsive and a real pleasure to deal with.
