Based in the central borders of Scotland we are ideally placed to cover all of the Scottish Borders, North Northumberland and parts of Lothian. We provide a full range of installation, breakdown and servicing solutions covering oil, gas, LPG and solid fuel heating while specialising in AGA/Rayburn style cooking appliances.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. It is managed by Debbie, Carly & Alice on a daily basis; answering calls, emails and helping customers with their needs. Our busy little office tries to get round to each customer as soon as we possibly can, offering you the support you need. If you require any assistance from the girls just give the office a call!

Our dedicated team have always got someone on call. Our office is happy to help during the week with all enquiries and at weekends our engineers are always on call to attend to your emergencies. So whether you are looking to book in a service or have an appliance in urgent need of our attention we are always here to assist you!
Our company has decided to expand to serve the Highlands & Islands creating a new division operating from Dunvegan, Isle of Skye. Our aim is to provide customers with a professional, reliable, but personal and friendly service. Let us keep your home and family warm, while ensuring your appliances run efficiently, are cost effective and environmentally friendly.
We are now back to normal as much as possible offering all of our usual services. We have had huge increase in appointments being made which means there is about a months wait to get your appliances serviced. However, if you need urgent assistance with your appliance we are still able to offer the same day callout and get to you at the earliest opportunity.

1st class fantastic etc this firm put in lpg central heating via Scottish gov grant. From when they arrived until they left all they did was WORK the 1st company I have had in my home in over 40 years that have been so hard working so a huge thanks to Jason, Kyle & others. I can't recomend this firm highly enough nothing is too much trouble for them it has been a pleasure to have them do work for me. Very clean & tidy work even down to the wee jobs that many forget. I would give them 100 stars if there was enough room.
