Just to let you know, we crossed the finishing line last Friday and completion takes place today. I realised that I had not thanked you formally for your speed of response when the need for EPC's became apparent and with so little time to organise. Your help was very much appreciated by all concerned and particularly by myself as I was well aware of the enormity of the task that lay ahead!
The heating hadn't changed since the building was constructed so the default efficiency of 65% applied. The lighting was almost entirely halogen spot lamps so this assumes just 9 lumens per watt whereas T5 fluorescents have a default of 45. If the manufacturer's specification is available this can be improved further.
