Founded in 2002, CS Partnership LLP was established to provide building surveying and construction services to residential and commercial property owners and occupiers. We offer a wide range of Building Surveying services and we remain committed to delivering timely and cost effective advice to every project we are involved in, regardless of scale or anticipated level of input.
As Chartered Building Surveyors, we are trained in the design, construction and evolution of property throughout its lifecycle. In the context of new buildings or extension works, CS Partnership LLP is frequently involved at the very beginning during the feasibility stage of a project and we are often retained to direct, administer and advise our clients through to the end including control of quality and costs.
Professional services are commonly instructed for pre-acquisition purposes, (Building Survey Reports), defect analysis and where alterations are proposed to leasehold premises. In addition, we provide technical due diligence assessments and checks and prepare expert witness reports for litigation. Works to party walls or against boundaries and / or where specified excavations are proposed can enact the provisions of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
