Mahmoud was very responsive and helpful in dealing with our bathroom sanitary-ware orders. Honest pricing and great after-sale and delivery service. Highly recommended.

Travelled all the way here just to be turned away at the doors. The showroom manager did not let me in despite pouring cats and dogs outside, claiming they had customers inside. Looked through the windows and the shop was absolutely empty. Sadly, met with a lack of common sence or courtesy here, or they just don't want retail customers. Will not be back for sure.

My husband and I recently purchased a number of bathroom and kitchen items from Prestige. When first visiting the store we found the staff to be extremely helpful. We found that the show room had a huge range of products on show and the products were explained to us in great detail to enable us to make the right purchase choice for us.
We had spoken with the staff via email on numerous occasions and the team were always responsive and provided their knowledge and experience which again helped us hugely make the correct product choices.

The staff at Prestige were extremely helpful and their products are of excellent quality. Having a complete refit during the pandemic is stressful enough but both Mahmoud and Kalpa were very supportive and made sure all the products were delivered safely and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige.

Top notch service, product know-how and can do attitude. Had a substantial project and had initially decided to work with contract suppliers like PCS, Big Bath Company. To my surprise, Prestige had similar prices they were offering to retail. Decided to move over a number of things and glad I did. Service has been excellent. Queries are addressed immediately and they know their business. Would not hesitate to recommend them!
