We removed the end elevation of the house and then re-built it with as much glass as possible along with a glass extension overlooking the beach. We stripped all rooms back to the brickwork, then carried out all structural repairs before carrying out the following. A new extension to the side of a house to create a beautiful high class kitchen with granite worktops, featured lighting, and underfloor heating.

The master bedroom was then complemented with a balcony above the extension. We removed to existing floor to the ground floor and extended the under floor heating and then laid large limestone tiles throughout.
