I have hired Ajay on the recommendation of my builder to prepare drawings, for loft conversion and extension. As he left very small window for the dormer, we put door after consulting him and building control. Now the council officer came and asked us to put amended drawing for consideration of the council. We have been trying to contact Ajay, either the mobile phone goes on voice mail or he disconnects the call, managed to speak to office and we were assured our worked will be done today. We managed to talk to him couple of times, and his behaviour was very rude as he was doing favour to us. Extremely

I have been working with Multicreation on designing my house that we have just bought. They have managed to turn around drawings extremely quickly and been very accommodating with the several changes we have requested.
I would definitely use them for further project work and am glad I was introduced to the team there!

Appeared to give give us good initial drawings. Achieved outline planning with the Council.
We then paused to work out the best layouts, etc., as normal. We then tried to get in touch to complete the job and received minimal response.
Eventually we amicably agreed to end the job and move on. No problem.
When we recently resumed the work of finalising the drawings, we understood (confirmed by several architects and the Building Control dept) that the layout initially suggested by Multi-creation was both impossible and against building control regulation.
Effectively rendering the outline planning
