Services
Textured wool carpets create striking patterns and effects that bring depth and vibrancy to your floors. These carpets are available in different colours and patterns. An extremely natural looking product, the textured wool carpet feels soft and warm and is extremely easy to maintain. Our textured carpets are treated and come in four and five metre widths.
Laminate floors are great as they have the visual appeal of hardwood floors whilst having a long lasting durability. These floors offer a hard wearing and inexpensive alternative to engineered solid wood planks. Easily mistaken for hardwood floors, laminate floors are composed of a fine layer of decor paper under an extremely tough protective film which is then glued and pressed onto a high density backing board.
Vinyl Floorings replicate all the beauty of natural floorings whilst being virtually indistinguishable from the materials which inspire their designs. Vinyl floors offer a number of advantages in terms of design capability, maintenance and cost. At John's Carpets, we prepare our vinyl sub-floors by plying and/or latex screed floors to ensure the perfect finish.

Excellent communication throughout, made best use of existing underlay and grippers which saved me money. Came to measure with samples in hand which saved me a visit to the shop. Two stars for the first visit and initial consultation.
We wanted our hall, stairs & landing done on a budget and a time frame. Our first visit was lovely - no hassle, no pressure - and we were welcome to borrow samples to check colour match. Recieved personable & friendly service.
We decided on the carpet, booked a measuring appointment, and were told we'd get a quote within a couple of days and the fitting could take place after a couple of weeks, well within our time limit, without a problem. We were also promised fitting of some laminate flooring we had for in a small bathroom with no problem

Polite, friendly and no 'sales pressure'. A pleasant experience from the moment you enter the shop door. Carpet was fitted swiftly and perfectly on the day booked. A good wide selection of carpets from a small private business.
The fitters they use are well known and have worked for this company for many years.
They arrived on time with tools and carpet, it was understood from the beginning that we would dispose of the old carpet and underlay, but even so they tidied up and bag all they could.
They left my house as if they had never been clean and tidy.
What more can you ask.
As for the carpet absolutely lovely under foot.
