Call out charge of nearly £100 to have a look at an alarm that would not stop going off. Advised it is just a loose connection screw. 5 weeks later same problem. Contact the company to advise of the problem - it is the same issue. Advised nearly £100 call out fee again just to look. Asked if it would be reasonable to assume an incorrect decision was made the first time - very unhelpful person at the end of the phone just insisting the call out fee would be the same and it could not possibly be the same problem. Clearly a company who does not care about customer service. £100 is a lot of money

Following a harrowing experience of being burgled we asked for some quotes from what we thought were local companies. ADT came to our house and unfortunately the representative employed “double glazing” style sales. He even phoned his manager! On top of that when we worked out the total amount we would pay over the three years it worked out three times as much as everyone else. We got two other quotes from Coventry based companies as well. The first one again tried to employ hard sales pressure on us. We were in shock don’t forget, we didn’t need it.
