Xtreme responded very quickly following first contact and arranged a time to visit to assess the job. The engineer was happy to answer questions during and after the visit and Xtreme provided a competitive quotation. We are in the process of replacing our doors which could have caused a delay but Xtreme stated that they would come out after fitment and support moving the door sensors without extra charge which was appreciated. Once the quote was accepted, it was possible to arrange a date for fitment within four days and, on the day, the engineers arrived promptly and completed the removal of our

I personally haven’t had a system installed with this company as I am currently in dispute with the company that fitted my system over a year ago. Sunny from Xtreme Security Systems has been really helpful and professional with regards to helping us through our dispute. He has great knowledge and understanding of what he sells and his response time is great. He has always answered my call, I’ve never had to wait for a callback and he promptly assisted me with my issue even though it was nothing to do with him.
