Unfortunate interaction with a gentleman(loosely termed) in the show room today.
Have previously dealt with Trevor who was always brilliant, but am now questioning my loyalty which is a shame!
I appreciate your response but it's a shame you automatically assume my feelings stem from the service you offered.
Also your response is in your opinion only and does not take in to account how I was made to feel...... anyway I think we're done here!

Great service. Spoke to trevor and told him what i was looking for, a grey coloured vinyl and he had just the thing. Ordered, booked and a date was sorted. fitted really well and quickly. It looks great. The fitter was also really good and kept everything very tidy too. Will use again when i need something else doing

This week had the guys in to lay carpets on the first floor of my cottage. The crew turned up on time and were very polite throughout their time with me. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Jo the next morning - a service that is all but disappeared in this day an age!
