Moorland Carpets is a family run business and was established in 1992, originally based in Kingswood, Bristol. The company recently relocated to Weston-super-Mare. We have several teams of qualified flooring fitters with over 20 years of fitting experience. Our fitters all fully qualified and have NVQs in flooring and all have CSCS cards.

We have worked with many clients, large and small over the years. These clients include Crest Nicholson, Bovis Homes, Edenstone Homes, Fisher & Dean, several letting agencies and various commercial clients. Moorland Carpets cover a wide area of Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas, ranging from Exeter to Cheltenham, Cardiff to Swindon and anywhere in between.

At Moorland Carpets we provide a wide range of flooring choices. These range from high quality carpets and laminate flooring to luxury vinyl tiles and artificial grass. Our 'At home' service' is available to all customers, commercial or domestic.

I did not contract directly, rather they were contracted by the notoriously poor developer Crest Nicholson. The carpets were identified as defective by Moorland Carpets reps but other reps capitulated to pressure from Crest Nicholson to indicate there was no defect. When Crest were removed from the equation [CRITICAL], Moorland appointed an independent assessor who agreed they were defective, coordinated the various parties including manufacturer who agreed to replace all the carpets and Moorland duly refitted the new carpets, working considerately with all our furnishings.

Great place to find cheap offcuts of both carpet and vinyl flooring and they offer a full fitting service too. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Very impressed. The carpet we wanted wasn’t in stock but it was ordered and fitted within a week, even though it was getting close to Christmas. The fitting job was complex as it was a small cloakroom with lots of pipes, etc. to cut round, but the job was excellent.
