Over the moon with our new bathroom!
We got out bathroom done in November and we couldn't be happier. Throughout the whole process all the members of staff where nothing but helpful and accomodating to our requests. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Very happy and would 100% recommend.

I visited the bathroom depot this week after speaking to julie on the phone. I only needed a small amount of taps but was invited down to be shown the different selections. Once I picked my taps Jack even carried them to my car for me! From the first phone call to leaving the depot with my order the customer service was second to none and nothing was ever too much.

Our new bathroom is lovely. Jack & Julie were very patient with all my many questions. The fitters were polite, friendly & efficient. They have very kindly recently replaced my glass showers screen from a 5 piece to a 4 given the fact it was too big for the length of the bath. Would recommend to family & friends. Thanks a lot

Would give zero stars if I could. Please read the negative reviews before purchasing from this place. How they treat customers is horrible. Please make sure you have in writing what you're going to order otherwise they will send you something that resembles your product and then charge you for it. They do not offer a reasonable returns policy so you will need to be 100% sure its the right product which you can't be beacuse they will send you something else. Please don't fall for there brochure trick, they will trick you and say it's not exactly like the brocure
