Morlands Bathrooms is a family-run business based in the heart of Leeds. Drawing on over 70 years of experience, we specialise in the design and installation of luxury bathrooms in West Yorkshire and beyond. Morlands offers an extensive range of sanitary-ware, furniture and fittings. Our collection includes suites, units, taps, mirrors, underfloor heating and more.
Our 4,000 sq ft showroom is based in Leeds, conveniently located just off the city centre loop road. Here, you can discover the choice of products and designs available for your bathroom, including leading European brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, Keuco, Matki and Hansgrohe. Our showroom extends over two floors, and features a wide range of bath and shower room configurations to inspire you.

Just completed having new shower/bathroom from Morlands installed which we are extremely happy with, great job from initial design to installation both of which we relied heavily on Morlands advice and expertise. We feel we sholud also mention the great job ME Bathrooms did of the installation who were recommended by Morlands.

We always seem to be able to find what we like in the showroom, which is testament to the careful selection of quality products by the Morland team.
Andrew was very helpful and patient whilst we selected everything needed and we tend to use Morlands as a one-stop-shop because we can be sure we get everything we need and that it all fits togetther.

I didn’t know I had a dream bathroom till I met Dan! His expertise, knowledge and ideas helped us create a jaw dropping master suite, house bathroom and guest Wc. The CGI’s Dan put together really helped us understand exactly what we wanted. I’d happily recommend anyone to this company whatever the size of their project.
