We have recently had blinds fitted by C S Blinds. I have to say, they are absolutely beautiful and I am delighted with them. Once C S Blinds arrived, they were swift and made an excellent job of fitting. The blinds are also very reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, the service in between my first phone call to arrange a quotation and the date of fitting was very poor indeed. There was a lack of communication resulting in me chasing up a date for fitting. I waited in two days only to be let down. Sadly, I felt that the customer service and communication skills need to be improved. This is a shame

Twice arranged for someone to come measure up for 3 sky lights twice no show.
No call to say sorry cannot attend or notice they cannot make the appointment
Very poor went elsewhere

Phoned for someone to come and measure for a blind waited in 2 days said he was coming never turned up I text him and he explained why so booked for next day never turned up no text !! and he said if I'm in a hurry go somewhere else 🤔
