B&M Blinds

After a problem with the blinds it was all sorted to my satisfaction. Courteous staff in the office and the fitters friendly, polite and efficient. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thankyou.

Advised to wash vertical blinds in washing machine... On a low temp... Did that, and they went to pieces.... Frayed to bits.... Contacted shop, didn't want to know, customer service?.. There is none... Denied having advised to wash that way!....

Would of gave 5 stars but... Got blinds right through my house the blinds are nice but they weren't put up the best the brackets weren't in the wall properly and in one of the rooms there was a weight missing for the money I payed it wasn't the best of jobs but it's sorted now and look good.

I think this company is amazing, [ b@m blinds ] i bought blinds for my full house 6years ago, then bought blinds for my conservatory recently, and today they did my kitchen again, [ i stupidly bought a roller blind from another company last year, BIG mistake ] each and every time they have come they have been very friendly and very professional, did a fantastic job of fitting, prices are brilliant, i would certainly recommend them to anyone,very courteous.cant thank them enough,i can't believe the speed they work, but do a very professional job,this company deserves more than 5 stars. excellent

We purchased blinds in May 2013. they were extremely quick in coming to measure up and to install was within a few days so that side of things great. the problem I have had is now, we have noticed the string that holds the blinds together is fraying and is a matter of time before they snap which will render the blinds useless. having called BM up as we are over the 12month warranty they advise us there is nothing that can be done so we paid hundreds of pounds for blinds that lasted only 17months.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU GO WITH BM BLINDS YOUR BLINDS THEY MIGHT NOT LAST WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT

I bought my vertical blinds from this company and they had a great deal on at the time which meant I got all the blinds for just over £200 - this included 2 bay windows, 1 patio door, 2 bedroom windows and the landing window which was very good value for money. The guy came round with books of the different styles available and after choosing the colour etc they came to fit them about a fortmight later and boy were they fast! There were two of them and they fitted all ot them in leasss than half and hour. They have a great system going! I would definitely recommende and know they also do fireplaces

I brought my fire surround from here and there were very helpful. From purchase through to delivery and insulation was very good. The store had lots of choice of blinds, wallpaper and paints available cheaper than most big name DIY places.

I purchased my vertical blinds from here about a year ago and was very impressed. They often have great deals on such as the one I went for which included three blinds for £75. The agent came to visit me at home and measured the windows. He was really friendly and professional and didn't try to push the sale on me. I then chose the blinds I wanted and ordered them. It then took a couple of weeks before they returned which felt really quick and they fitted the blinds. This only took about half an hour which I thought was really impressive.
