For well over 40 years now our retail shop and manufacturing facility have been located on the busy, vibrant shopping area of 'Ball Hill' on the Walsgrave Road in Coventry.

I went into this store with my son, the lady ( I'm guessing it's the owner) walked up to me and said to me, we don't have your type of blind in this store, she didn't even wait for me to ask, she didn't want to even hear me, immediately I walked in, I was ushered out. I guess she didn't want my black money.

Sold me a house full of “top range” wooden blinds the fitting was horrific the quality was terrible. The lady who owns the place will refuse to take responsibility. Terrible service all round. The owner even accepted they were fitted poorly. I was supposed to have the rest fitted after I had works finished I went back to organise it and she refused to put the original ones right. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this cowboy firm at all costs.

Ball Hill Blinds - local company, outstanding service and quality products. Five Stars.
Having been given space to browse their range I was given excellent service, and advice for my bathroom blind. There was no push for a sale, just honest advice, including a home visit to measure up. Installation was quickly and efficiently done.
The two small snags were quickly rectified with care and compassion.

My roman blinds are lovely. They needed a little alteration after fitting but nothing was too much trouble for Leah and her team. After sales service is superb.
