Bought a large number of vertical blinds (12) 4-5 years ago and they've given excellent service since. However, one of the plastic safety links on a roller blind gave way last week. It's designed to fail if little bodies get tangled in the draw strings. They're 50p each but would cost us about £10 to collect from the shop. The lady popped 3 in the post and we got them 3-4 days later. That's what I call brilliant after sales service. Can't fault the company over this.

We looked at buying our shutters on line but decided to get a local quote. We were so glad that we did there wasn't a huge difference in price but the customer service from this company was fantastic from start to finish. The quality and fitting is amazing. we were so impressed with everything that we ordered electric blinds!! my parents were also impressed that they have also ordered electric blinds.. we would recommend this company within a heart beat

Fantastic Customer Service today. Had two motorised Roman blinds installed 18 months ago. Tried to change batteries in one unit today only to discover one battery had leaked and was stuck solid in the battery tube. Went to Shadewell to get a replacement - fully expecting to pay. Ten minutes later, I came home with a new battery unit totally FOC. Couldn’t ask for better service or more friendly staff. 5* isn’t enough !

Absolutely excellent service. We went into the showroom with no real idea what we wanted and were shown a huge variety of blinds. We then had someone come to measure up and again point out ideas with different fabric and designs - everyone was so knowledgable! 2 weeks later they were fitted and look AMAZING! We’re so pleased. Simply don’t look anywhere else if you want blinds. We have now had 11 blinds from Shadewell and they haven’t missed a beat!

A great company which supply excellent quality products, and right first time. We have recently extended our house and we required 6 Venetian blinds for all of the new windows of differing sizes. Although we knew what colour we wanted, and tapes, we were given some useful advice on the type of blind for easy cleaning and maintenance , and also which size slats would suit each individual window size best. On top of this we also needed an electric blind for the 3m (approx) opening for the new bi-fold doors. This was made in the factory over the road and at a price significantly less than I had been

I have ordered roller blinds and Roman blinds as well as curtains from Shadewell. They are always extremely helpful in the shop and provide a prompt measuring service which is free. They are very competitively priced. You don't even pay anything until fitting is complete-not even a deposit if you use the measuring service! Fantastic quality - I wouldn't go anywhere else!
