One of many floor sanding projects in North East England from Floorcraft (NE) who work throughout England but mainly in the Newcastle, Durham, Darlington and North Yorkshire area. So whenever you pop into the Canoe Bar for a drink or Dine in the Darwin Restaurant you will be enjoying the ambiance created by the finest wooden floors.

School Stage flooring restored Report

Longfield School, in Darlington had a window broken and shards of glass embedded into the wooden floor on the stage. The floor was in poor condition and this accident made the restoration project very important. The floor was sanded back to the original condition removing all old lacquer and scratches to floor.

Sports Court markings in County Durham Report

The maple strip was sanded back to its original condition removing all old floor lacquer that was badly worn. The wood floor sanding that was done to this was to a very fine and very smooth finish. We apply new badminton court markings to the bare wood floor and left paint to dry over night.

Common room maple strip floor restoration Report

Arlington House, on the South Bailey, The floor sanding and sealing in Durham was done with a slightly different produce to what is usually used due to the type of traffic that this type of wood floor gets it is a multi use floor. The finish that was applied was 4 coats of very high build moisture curing gloss lacquer this finish is chemical resistant so it is ideal for floors like hairdresses and beauty salons.
