Solihull Lighting is a family run business. Established in 1994, we have been serving people locally with lights and lamps for over 20 years. In 1996, we moved to a 5000 square foot showroom, which allowed us to expand and create a relaxed, informal atmosphere for customers to browse at their leisure.
With a larger showroom, we were also able to expand our product range to offer artwork, mirrors and furniture, alongside a wide range of home accessories, including cushions and rugs. Our first website was launched in 2003, taking our products to a wider audience whilst still maintaining quality customer service.
Established for over 20 years, we now have a dedicated team that now work solely on our website orders and customer service. Why not visit our showroom in the West Midlands, where you will be guaranteed to receive a warm welcome and we will be more than happy to share our wealth of knowledge and experience with you, in selecting the perfect lighting and accessories for your home.

Ordered 19/11. marked as dispatched 21/11. nothing since. 3 emails, two telephone messages left. no tracking. no items. no response. have had to raise paypal dispute to get money back before ordering from elsewhere. i just don’t understand how companies with such poor customer experience survive? it’s not a big ask to expect a response to either one of my emails or voice messages. massive inconvenience now as waiting for money to be refunded before reordering

Disappointed. Mum bought a lovely (expensive) lamp before covid times and has broken. Took back to shop to ask advice or if could recommend an electrician who could replace the light fitting. Young girl was sympathetic and tried to help as the older lady was not at all bothered just said it wasn’t a manufacturer fault. Well the problem was the shade sold with lamp was far too big and heavy which caused fitting to snap ☹️
So now I’m search of someone who can repair it

My wife and I recently bought three ceiling light fittings and bulbs from Solihull Lighting, our first purchase from this company. We were very pleased with the purchase and the assistance from David who was very helpful. There was a slight delay with the delivery but this was no reflection on David. This was rectified as soon as I told him about it and he couldn’t have been more apologetic. We would definitely buy from them again.

Looking for a replacement glass, staff totally unhelpful and disinterested by phone and email, even the store manager assured me he’d find me a replacement but hasn’t even called me back despite me sending polite emails to ask how he’d got on. Such a shame, I bought a lot from this store when I lived in Birmingham.
