Principal architect, David Challinor, founded C-architecture in 2009 to pursue his passion for landscape-led architectural design.

With over 20 years' professional experience, including commissions for major architectural and masterplanning projects across the country, David is well positioned to advise upon and deliver residential development and commercial projects.

C-Architecture Limited is fast gaining a reputation as the visionary for sustainable homes. We deliver premium grade functionality, with high eco credentials. Our experience covers many major architectural and master-planning projects across the South of England including delivery of both residential development and category projects.
Driven by a desire to create something new, our practice prides itself on developing attractive, sustainable and environmentally considered schemes, which optimise the site area and uplift the locality. To achieve this, we use the latest BIM software to generate a 3D computer model of the site. This enables us to work through the most appropriate and creative solutions for the proposal.
Lead by David Challinor, C-architecture's dynamic and ambitious team has a breadth of skills and experience available in house, which has allowed the practice to deliver projects across a variety of sectors. We are excited to be involved in a number of projects in the art & leisure sectors, as we're passionate about improving the health & well-being of all generations, by getting people active, engaged and outdoors.
C-architecture Limited has been working with major national and international hotel chains to deliver on-brand hotel projects for our clients. Each hotel is developed using BIM software, which enables us to determine the optimum site layout and internal configuration. This also allows us to explore the relationship between the new hotel and neighbouring sites, helping to ensure its visual impact is respectful of the local area.

For our new build home David Challinor of C-Architecture provided a first class and client centred service, providing invaluable support throughout the process. His design met all our expectations in terms of style and functionality and incorporated eco features that were practical and pleasing. With his help were able to obtain planning permission swiftly and without alteration to the design. David acted as project manager and worked positively with the contractor. We have found David to be extremely professional and easy to work with. We would happily recommend C-Architecture as we are thrilled
