Stay well away from this shambles of an operation! Where do I begin?!?! Utterly poor customer service saying they will get back to me despite chasing them constantly. Individuals behind this operation, namely Robert Taylor have behaved in a highly unprofessional cowboy manner, no replies to phone calls/being told “I’ll call back”. It seems like this company severe lacks any people skills. If you are looking to rent a property out or enquire, I wouldn’t even bother, more headache than it’s worth.

The worst surveyors I've had the misfortune to deal with. Linda on reception seems to do something at least. I was interested in a commercial unit and had to chase them for two weeks to keep being told Robert has just left the building could you email which got zero replies also. His PA is RUDE AND VULGAR with no communication skills. They must be doing well that they don’t need any more business.
Well, good luck and to the rest of you, avoid like the plague... call the others agent!!!
Would vote lower if possible.

The owner ROBERT Is very rude!! Was interested in renting out commercial land, and the level of customer service received was truly appalling!! Had to chase up rob for two weeks where he was stating he didn’t have any access to the property and then doesn’t mention the fact that the land was already going to be rented out, hence wasting our time and money! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Robert your a waste of SPACE!!
