Mitchell Design and Construction Ltd is operated by its three Directors, Peter Mitchell- Managing Director, Duncan Archer- Contracts Director and Julian Mitchell- Sales and Marketing Director from the head office in Brentwood, Essex. Peter Mitchell has over 55 years experience in the design and build method of development and construction.
With in-house computer aided design (CAD), we are able to provide the client with drawings from inception through to construction and completion. Whether it be sketch schemes or planning drawings, we can turn around plans in very short time scales. Utilising sustainable construction techniques. The technicians are able to incorporate the latest fabrics and plant into their drawings and specification.
From initial design concepts based on our client's requirements. We have designed and built various forms of internal fit out to the majority of buildings we construct. From bespoke offices with breakout rooms, restaurants and leisure facilities, to distribution warehouses with high bay racking and mezzanine systems.
Having built over 400 commercial schemes, we excel at providing economically viable design and build solutions to our clients. Each job is unique and can range from anywhere between 2,000 - 200,000 sqft in size as single or multiple units. Whether the development is for an owner occupier or to be speculatively built or pre-let for a developer, the same attention to detail is applied.
