We have over 45 years experience in the installation, refurbishment and maintenance of commercial and domestic swimming pools. We design and build pools of an exceptional quality. Our team consists of a designer, builders & qualified swimming pool engineers, we pride ourselves in offering a traditional personal service with practical support & expert advice on all aspects of pool & spa installation, after sales and after sales pool maintenance.
The Poolman Service team has a thorough understanding of our industry's products - from fixing a faulty filtration unit, to installing a new commercial plant room. Your pool installation is a sound investment, and has added to the value of your property, as well as giving year-long relaxation and fitness to your family.
Bought our hot tub here. We use it all the time. Staff always friendly and helpful and will order spare parts and advise how much chlorine to use etc. We have had our hot tub a few years now and still use it all the time. 5 star service from start to finish. James and his team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and hard working.
We use two different styles of construction methods depending upon site conditions & pool design. Firstly a permanent block shuttering system or a Gunite sprayed concrete, both are offer supreme strength of construction for our mosaic tiled pool construction. The construction techniques are suitable for all types of pools including private, commercial and public use.
The Original Endless Pool from Poolman is designed to fit just about anywhere, indoors or outside. Because of its modular design, it can be installed indoors in existing spaces. All of the components of an Original Endless Pool fit easily through doorways and down stairs. The modular design also allows for pools of varying sizes from 2.13m x 3.66m to 3.05m x 4.88m.

We contacted Poolman as an authorised supplier of our automatic pool cover as ours was inoperable. Poolman staff attended promptly and identified the issue. Their quote was significantly less than the other company we had asked to look at the problem. Poolman confirmed they could replace the broken component at a minimal cost rather than replace the entire roller, motor and pulley system.
The work was carried out to an extremely high standard by polite and professional staff.
We will definitely be using them for our annual cover servicing in future.

I contacted this company a few weeks ago & spoke to James the owner, he was very helpful & sent me some prices, & suggested we come down & look
At the pool at their showroom. My husband & I came down a week later, spoke to someone called Jack - he showed us the pool, spoke to us about the different liners & showed us the pump system. Jack didn’t seem very knowledgeable & couldn’t answer some
Of our questions about oil heating & cash payments. Never mind we thought, we’d speak to the engineer when he comes out. We left our details & it was arranged that an engineer would call us on Monday

Where do I start? After meeting the MD of Poolman I was assured that the installation of my new liner pool would be stress free, no issues as this was their "standard" installation and I would enjoy the experience. After nearly a year, the installation is still not complete. To make matters even worse, the products and services that they have provided have since failed and the entire wall on one side has broken away leaving the pool unusable and un safe. The stance the MD has taken is that they are NOT responsible yet it is clear via CCTV footage that their products have failed and now they expect

5 star service from start to finish. James and his team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and hard working. They listened to me needs and tailored their solution to meet them. I felt involved from start to finish and what they said they would do, they did, and when they said they would do it. Communication was excellent. Very happy with my hot tub and the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

All the guys that worked on my pool project were friendly, professional, well skilled and efficient. The fast lane product is amazing. I had a couple of communication miss-understandings with head office but these were also dealt with professionally. I'm sure they will be a five start company in 2020.

I've used Poolman for a couple of years for various suppliers, pool maintenance and bought a robotic cleaner (can't believe I didn't do it sooner!) Service always great and well priced. Had an issue where some chlorine spilt over my clothes and the guys were massively apologetic and helpful. They replaced my damaged items and now supply protective covers so very happy with how they handled it.
