Having ordered a bath panel online it arrived damaged. They took weeks to reply and pick up and replace with a damaged panel again. The whole process repeated for a third time and when asked to refund the money after having sourced a perfect example elsewhere they have not replied to our emails or refunded the money. Beware, these people also trade under a different name and are un-trustworthy. This whole process has taken almost three months and is without a satisfactory supply or refund of the money. They seem intent on hoping that I and the problem will go away by ignoring you as much as they

Unfortunately I failed to read reviews prior to placing an order. Their customer service is horrendous. Called today to track an order as, i have had zero communication from this company since taking my money and despite providing a tracking link in an email, they don't actually provide tracking information. I spoke to an incredibly rude customer service agent called Yasmine, whom proceeded to speak over me at every opportunity. And never actually got around to clarifying any of my queries. If there was an option for zero stars this would have been selected.
Item came not as described, it was collected by a currier arranged by aqua. They inform me this did not arrive back to the warehouse and wanted 72 hours to look into this. Yet no refund and keep getting the usual they will look into this. They have no plan to refund me. £258 stolen. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS

Aqva - I wouldn't give one star if I could give less. This company posted misleading information on their website, and upon further investigation refused to rectify their errors. Contact has been extremely difficult, and no resolution to complaints has been achieved. This company should not be trading - Trading Standards are aware of these issues. Beware and avoid at all costs

The good reviews are FAKE. This company is awful. After ordering over a week ago, the helpline has no idea how to deal with the 'missing order. I have to speak to another team, is the reply, they cannot email me with an explanation, they do not have access to email.....many alarm calls being rung here......cannot refund me until they find the parcel......currently on 30 minute hold......

This was the third showroom I had visited for my bathroom renovation. Had a superb experience from the get go. The book by appointment slots make sure you can get undivided attention to decide what style of bathroom I wanted and how to make optimum use of the space I had available for each of my bathrooms.
I found it especially enlightening to see how the colour pallet of the sanitary ware with the tile chosen could visually increase the size of my ensuites. I would recommend them on price and service offered.
