WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
Rude staff both on the phone and via e-mail. They would not help me, only stated they would issue a refund. Richard was terrible via email, Ryan was worse over the phone. Their website has incorrect delivery times and stock levels. I have been waiting since 9th August even though the website states in stock, ready for delivery - even now. They did notify me of the a delay, I was and have been happy to wait, but issued a refund for the entire or - not just the one product. The worst company to do business with.
If I could issue minus stars - that would be my

Poor products with 5 set of broken inner workings on taps nedded to be changed with Simply Bathrooms stating we've never had a problem before. Cistern parts needed maintenance twice and Simply Bathrooms admitted they are copies of another's product as the product name they state on the invoice is not to be found Google.
