We also provide a service for architects and private individuals in refurbishments, extensions, conversions and all aspects of structural and general building. MMG provides a complete, design and build solution from initial architectural drawings, through all stages of planning, all the way to final build and certification.
This period development was a conversion of an existing Grade 2 listed with the addition of two new floors. We worked very closely with Islington Council and the conservation officers in order to achieve the very high quality fit out required whilst respecting the historic values of this 1909 built building.
This extremely exclusive Central London Grade 2 listed building was converted and refurbished over two floors into two self contained flats.
