This is a reduction in the length of the branches throughout the crown, reducing the trees height and spread. This can be undertaken to increase the ingress of light beneath the tree. To contain the size of the tree or to bring the crown back from adjacent buildings. This is a reduction in the density of the foliage and in most cases will not affect the branch extension or the profile of the crown.
Trees fulfil a variety of roles within our gardens and the general landscape and you may wish to add to this by planting some of your own. Indeed; in some instances you may have a statutory duty to replant when a protected tree reaches the end of its life and is removed. We can lead you through the process from selecting an appropriate species to introducing mycorrhizal fungi to the newly planted trees roots.
Once the tree in question has been removed to ground level it may be necessary to remove it or prevent regrowth. With some ground preparation a new tree can be planted in the exact same spot as the removed tree. Often the site is reseeded for lawn or built over. Often we are only required to remove a tree to ground level and the stump can be left in situ.

Had a visit from Antony at the start of August who'd promised to follow up with a quote but after multiple attempts to email and call we're unable to get in touch.
We live in a conservation area and have now been ordered by the highways agency to cut trees down within 28 days or face charges.
Forced to look elsewhere.

I enjoy my garden and I've used TreeScape several times to prune and remove various large trees. Jobs too large for me to tackle. On their first visit they took down a tree near my greenhouse. No problem they covered the roof of the greenhouse with plywood sheets, result one tree removed no damage.
So why wouldn't I use them again. Yes I'm a very satisfied customer.

When I moved to a new road, everyone I asked recommended TreeScape and after I used them I knew why. My property presented a number of challenges and they met every one with patience, professionalism, commitment and a sense of humour. I will always use them in future and would highly recommend them to others.

Professional and Knowledgeable. I saw all the 5 star reviews on here so gave them a call, and I am very happy to now add my own 5 star review. The communication from Antony was great, I'm in a conservation area in Stanton St John so he applied for the required permit for me. On the day of the works his team were very efficient, clearing the branches as they went. At the end of the job they had cleared all the branches and debris, swept and even hosed down the areas they had been in. Apart from the huge amount of extra light in the garden you wouldn't know they'd been.

I have used Treescape Oxford Ltd on several occasions over the past two years. Antony has always responded promptly with helpful advice. Work is completed with speed, safety and regard for the rest of my garden. The tidy up on completion is fantastic. Rates are competitive. I highly recommend Antony and his team.

We have used Treescape’s services numerous times in the previous 10 years.
Antony and his team are always reliable, punctual, cost effective, remove all waste and considerate in their work, particularly to our neighbour’s, who could be affected by works being carried out .
Would thoroughly recommend

Antony and his team have helped us out for many years and they are always very professional, knowledgeable and polite. My calls have always been returned, they always turn up on time and they do a great job of clearing up afterwards. I can definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable tree surgeon.
